If you dislike eggs, you might think that having a breakfast option on the keto diet is impossible. However, there are many possibilities. Some good breakfast options for a low-carb diet include:

  • Scrambled eggs with spinach and feta

  • Greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of nuts

  • Smoked salmon and avocado on a bed of greens

  • Chia seed pudding with unsweetened almond milk and a dollop of nut butter
