Downloadable Blank Food Log

When I first started Virta I found it helpful to keep a log of what I ate, in order to ensure I stayed within my Carb and Protein limits. I also found it helpful to log when I ate, so that I could take glucose readings at 1 and 2 hrs and see how various foods affected my BG. I don't track BG that closely anymore but it was helpful at the time. Below is a blank form that you can download and edit to include whatever you want to track.
