Here is a great Peruvian dish for our dietary efforts. Healthy and delicious!!
Ingredients:
Seabass (I used frozen Barramundi Seabass)
1/2 red onion
cilantro
3-5 lemons (limes or key limes also work)
red hot chili peppers (in Peru Aji Limo)
Mix up the ingredients and then let the lime/lemon cook the fish for about 3-5 min. Ready to eat. Delicious and healthy! 🤤
