This is one of those recipes that’s been around forever but it’s because everyone loves them so much! I’ve made this a thousand times, and I love it each time. You can use Italian sausage. I usually use spicy breakfast sausage, but either one would be great! Make the Crispy Chaffle recipe and cut it into strips for dipping!
For the Sausage Queso Dip, I thin it with a little heavy cream and serve it with low-carb chips or Crispy Chaffle strips.
