Ingredients:
Italian squash (zucchini)
onion
garlic
butter
cheese
Instructions:
In a pot, put 2 tbsp of butter and sauté chopped onion and garlic. Once the onion is translucent, add cut pieces of Italian squash, with a little splash of heavy cream to give it creaminess. Then, lower the heat and cover for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you can add pepper and cheese.
