These would be so great for Father’s Day or the Fourth of July. They are a round piece of sausage with bacon wrapped around it and there is a cream cheese and cheese mixture in the middle. You can put whatever ingredients you like in them. Onion, jalapeños, green chilies, whatever! Sprinkle with a BBQ rub and you can put them in a smoker or on the grill, inside in an air fryer, or in the oven. You could also baste them in sugar-free BBQ sauce if you like! They are SO good! You need to make a lot of them because they go fast!
