Just in time for the 4th of July! This is Karen’s own dry rub that is so good she says you don’t even need sauce! BBQ rub can go on so many things like ribs, steak, chicken, chicken wings, burgers, and pork chops. Karen makes up a big batch just to keep it on hand. 🔥



Karen’s Keto Dry Rub


1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt


1 Tablespoon Chili Powder


1 Tablespoon Paprika


1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder


1 Tablespoon Onion Powder


1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano


1 Tablespoon Black Pepper


1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper


Mix together and store in an air tight container. Make a larger batch to have ready at all times.



If you like a sweeter rub. Here’s a great recipe that uses some low carb brown sugar!😊
