Another Instagram recipe! I love eggs so much that I had to try the baked egg recipe (en cocotte) with the Keto Twins Best Chaffle recipe. It's so good to dip the crispy chaffles into these ooey, gooey, delicious eggs! If you want a crispy chaffle, then this is the recipe for you! I did one double serving of the eggs en cocotte and put water in my air fryer's bottom. I heated up the water first, and that made it easy!
I didn’t have any chives, so I added a couple of tablespoons of creamed spinach to give it a veggie and a little green!
