This recipe lives up to its name! Eggs in a creamy cheesy sauce that you can cook over the grill or on the stovetop. I left out the flour, used heavy cream, and added some chopped jalapeño. You can use the ham the recipe calls for or whatever protein you like, like bacon or any kind of sausage. This would be great served over keto biscuits or rolls!
