A yummy all-cheese crust!
This is a cheese crust keto-friendly pizza.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups of mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan
1/8 pack cream cheese
spices: garlic, salt pepper, Italian seasoning, basil
I place all ingredients into one bowl, and microwave for 1 minute stirring halfway through. Then form the microwave mix into a ball
Then place it on parchment paper, cover it with another piece of parchment paper, and roll it out into a thin crust shape.
Bake in oven at 350° for 15-20 minutes til it starts to brown.
Take out and let cool slightly before adding your toppings, then bake with toppings at 400 for 10 minutes longer to make the cheese and toppings bubbly.
Let cool slightly. It's very filling and yummy.
The total carbs for the entire crust was 9 before toppings. Makes about 9 slices.
