For this dip, I modified the recipe a bit by adding some chopped green onion and a small amount of fiesta blend cheese.

This has to be up there with my all-time favorite keto recipes!

I thought a chaffle with ranch dressing mix sounded so good I had to make some. Of course, the bacon didn’t hurt either.

I followed this recipe of the famous broccoli rice casserole pretty closely but used extra cream cheese instead of flour. Always good!
