One of my son’s favorite restaurants is The Bonefish Grill, I think they are a nationwide seafood chain. He was telling me about this great cod dish, stuffed with shrimp, scallops, and crab, he gets there, so, of course, I had to try to find it to make it for him. I found this amazing website, restaurantrecreations.com and she tells the story of the dish and how to make it in a very helpful video! The dish is keto except I didn’t dust the fish with flour or with anything, and I didn’t use Panko bread crumbs. Pork Panko would work well, but I didn’t use that either. It turned out super yummy. I only had some smaller filets, but a longer filet probably would have worked better. The lemon butter caper sauce was just perfect! This is a great newbie recipe too! 🍋
