Super Easy Fat Bombs

These are my own recipes. You can easily adapt it to fit your taste.

  • Melt approximately 3-4 ounces of coconut oil. (I use a glass measuring cup and use it as my mixing bowl.)

  • To the coconut oil, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sweetener (I use a Stevia/Erythritol blend.)

  • Next, add your flavoring: for chocolate, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cocoa.

  • Stir until well mixed.

  • Taste to judge if more sweetener is needed.

  • Pour into a container with a lid for freezing. (I use a plasticware container.)

  • Add nuts if desired - The picture shows walnuts and finely shredded coconut.

  • Place in freezer until solid.

  • Remove from the freezer and cut into pieces.

  • Store in refrigerator or freezer.


You may wish to change the recipe - you could easily leave out the cocoa and use an extract such as peppermint - or you could add it to the chocolate.


Other extracts that go well with the cocoa are almond, vanilla, and orange. I think I can mix up a batch in about ten minutes. I did make one batch where I added butter to the coconut oil. When it was frozen, it formed a cloudy layer on top, but it still tasted great. I plan to try making it with just butter and no coconut oil.
