Spicy Thai Shrimp with Zucchini Zoodles and Peanut Sauce

I love this peanut sauce, but sometimes I will make it with almond butter or even cashew butter. You can use zoodles, shirataki noodles, Palmini noodles, whatever you like! I like to sprinkle this with chopped peanuts or any chopped nut!
