This is the perfect fall side dish! I have come to just love cabbage and these cabbage wedges are seared and then baked and come out so tender, caramelized, and crispy around the edges. I didn’t add quite as much vinegar and I always put more garlic. I served it with rotisserie chicken and Cauliflower Mash a la George. Give this a try! 🥬
