A super yummy way to serve roasted asparagus with this amazing cajon hollandaise sauce.

This sauce definitely has a little kick, but that’s a very good thing. It’s excellent over veggies, steak, or eggs!

I like to roast the asparagus in an air fryer, but a traditional oven works excellent, too! The hollandaise sauce is easily made in a blender!
