I made a version of these almond flour French Fries about two years ago. These fries are really great and I think they could definitely fool someone, they taste so much like potato fries! But this recipe calls for garlic and parmesan, and baking them in the air fryer is such a great way if you have one. They come out very crispy but soft in the middle. I like to sprinkle them with a little parsley to make them look pretty, and you can serve them with sugar-free ketchup or any dip you like! 🍟
Also, in this recipe from KetoFocus, sprinkle a little garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley!
Here’s some Mashed Potato extract to possibly try. I’m still experimenting with it. I need to add some more, possibly. I’ll do an update when I have decided if I like this or not.
