Instead of using beaten egg when breading, try mayo! One of my favorite recipes before starting Virta... so glad to see it is Virta friendly too. I use this amount on 3-4 chicken breasts.
Hey Denise! Would the mayo work with ground pork skins for air fryer chicken wings? I borrowed my mother-in-law’s Cusinart Air Fryer/Toaster oven so I could learn how to use it and show her. (I don’t have one) She’s 83 and has had it a year and never touched it because it “has a bunch of buttons and a dial” so is a little intimidating for her. Made your African Cabbage Stew tonight, but didn’t put it through the blender cause I didn’t have any Virta friendly Cheetos to go with it! Ha! 😂
