Keto Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

These roasted garlicky, cheesy green beans were very good. I made them in the air fryer, and that made it very quick and easy. I cooked the green beans first for just a few minutes without the cheese and low-carb bread crumbs because I didn’t want either to get too done or too brown. I think Air Fryers cook faster than a regular oven. I made some keto bread crumbs with low-carb bread, but pork panko will work well. I also added 2 pats of butter to the olive oil. I served them with a rib-eye steak. Super tasty! 😊
