This was a great baked fish dish. I used Tilapia, but it is probably widely known that it isn’t the healthiest choice. Something about the Omega 3s and 6s and Tilapia is usually farm-raised in what are not the best water conditions. Maybe there is a way to get better-quality Tilapia.
Other white fish would work well with this recipe, though. I made this recipe pretty much as written, except I doubled everything because I had more filets and added more dill and lemon juice. This turned out super delicious! 🐟
I garnished it with parsley and lemon and served it with The Secret Ingredient Mushroom Wild Rice Pilaf recipe.
