I had tried these great ready-made meals quite a while ago and while cleaning out my pantry I found them again! I’m so glad I did because I had forgotten how great they are!

They have all good ingredients except the Teriyaki has a little Tapioca Starch, but it is far down on the list of ingredients and has fewer carbs than the peanut flavor which has none! But both flavors are very, very good, and when was the last time you had Teriyaki flavored anything? The Teriyaki keto meal is sweetened with stevia, I love that! I will say there is no way I would consider one package to be 2 servings though! To me, it’s like saying a pint of Haagen Dazs ice cream is 3 servings! So what I did was I stretched them to make a whole meal that made 2 servings. The sauce packet that comes with this is a good amount and the only thing I did was add a little soy sauce. I also sprinkled some red chili flakes to spice it up, but I loved both flavors. It would be extremely difficult to choose which one I liked best.

The Konjac noodles have been served in Japan for over 2000 years and have lots of good healthy prebiotic and fiber benefits. I also thought they were a great texture and not too chewy, but some people might disagree with that. Either you like Konjac noodles or you don’t usually. So if you do like them, these two Miracle Noodle Keto Meals are delicious, and a little pricey but it’s keto and you’re paying for convenience also! The possibilities are endless what you could add to them! 🍜

Here’s my version where I added the chicken, peppers, green onion, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce, and topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro! But you could do beef, shrimp, pork and whatever veggies you like! You don’t have to do that of course and could just use the noodles as is for a small meal or side dish!🥡🥢

You can buy all flavors on Amazon. 😊

This is the link for both flavors, plus an Adobo flavor. I probably tried that previously, but I feel certain it would be good too! 👍🏼
