We love our kebabs! What better way to combine all the great meats and veggies without worrying about bread? It’s keto perfect!
We have been creating and recreating these kebab recipes. Bite-size chunks of meat are marinated in a sauce and then placed on a skewer along with other bite-size chunks of veggies and cheese. Then, they are grilled over an open flame for a tasty meal. There is something about how the meat and veggies get cooked when put on skewers! Maybe more surface area hits the grill or something, but they are just delicious.
You can put anything you like on the skewers: your favorite meats, cheeses, and veggies. I love those marinated mozzarella balls. You could also add some grape tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, cucumber slices, pepperoni, and salami, and if you like, baste them in Italian or any vinaigrette dressing.
Whether you call them kabobs, shish kebabs, donar kebabs, or “Halifax donair,” we have these tasty recipes you will want to try.

Fajita Steak with chimichurri sauce
Try this fajitas steak recipe with chimichurri sauce made of cilantro and jalapeño. It is to die for!
Mexican Fajita Kebabs
Great spices make this kebab recipe special. Once grilled, serve over cauliflower rice or create a salad.
Korean steak kabobs
These kebabs have a great Asian flavor. I omit the honey and use fresh ginger, but some stevia or sugar-free maple syrup could also work.
