Chicken and veggies with yummy Oriental flavors!
Dinner tonight is chicken sautéed with baby bok choy over a bed of cauliflower rice.
Took a pack of chicken tenderloin cut up into cubes put in a bowl;
drizzle with
avocado oil,
1 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce,
1 tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce.
In the cauliflower rice I added
1 pat of butter and
Japanese seasoning from trader joe
