These turned out mind-blowingly good! I used the Dinner Rolls recipe for the slider buns. I made a sauce from 3/4 of a stick of butter, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1-2 teaspoons of mustard. You can adjust any of those ingredients to taste.
I split all the rolls in half and placed them in the bottom half of a baking pan. Then I put a generous layer of folded deli ham, then another generous layer of pulled pork. The pulled pork I just bought, but you certainly can make your own and that would probably be even better! Then a layer of sliced pickles and finally a double layer of Swiss cheese.
I did take just a tiny bit of the sauce and drizzled it on the pulled pork. Then place the roll tops back on top pour the sauce all over the sliders and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. I baked them uncovered for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Just make sure the cheese is all melty. These keto Cuban sliders just turned out so wonderful!
Place toothpicks in each slider and then slice between all the sliders. I love these fantastic bamboo toothpicks.
